Great people, very honest

I used Viola Roofing in November 2016 to replace my flat deck roof and install a new deck. Having searched Angie's List for a reputable roofing company, Viola Roofing had over 350 A reviews so I contacted them to get an estimate. Brian O'Neil responded right away and scheduled an appointment within days. I found him to be courteous, professional and very communicative throughout the whole process always answering right way any questions or concerns I had. I was very pleased with the quality and craftsmanship of the work done and enjoyed working with Viola. The crew arrived on time, worked quickly and professionally, was spotless in their cleanup, and very polite. I would definitely recommend Viola to anyone and plan to use them when I next need my roof or other roofing work done. In this day and age, it's unusual to find an honest and reputable company that does quality work at a reasonable price, is professional, and especially communicative and responsive throughout the whole process.

We used Viola Roofing to replace our roof in November 2016. We had a very good experience with the company and I would recommend them to anyone. Once we signed the contract, Viola said they would give us a schedule within a few weeks, which they did. The work started on the date specified. The job was scheduled to take 3 days, but was done in 2 and a half days. The crew of Viola employees was large, very polite, showed up on time every day, and cleaned up thoroughly during and after the job. The charges for the job were exactly as specified in the contract. I feel that Viola was extremely considerate, honest, and fair in the way they treated us, and we are very happy with their work. Getting your roof replaced is unavoidably noisy and unpleasant, but they made it as easy as possible for us. Over the past 10 years, we have used a number of different contractors for renovation work on our house, and Viola really stands out for their professionalism.

What an impressive crew! They showed up at the appointed time. They were well practiced in terms of organization and execution of our roof replacement. It was flawless. The workmanship was exemplary; the clean-up was impressive. In fact the site was cleaner after they left than before they arrived! Your foreman, Moses is an excellent representative of your firm.
